The Professional Services Engineer will implement the full range of Tools4ever products in client production environments while providing architecture and design expertise on an enterprise scale. The position requires strong working knowledge of multiple technologies such as Active Directory (AD,) LDAP, MS SQL, IIS, MS Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013, PowerShell and XML Applicants must be adept in the use of Microsoft Visual Studio with deep knowledge of at least one major programming language such as C#. Additional responsibilities are assigned as per customer requirements and include items such as customer support post-delivery.


Design and implement software solutions using the various products manufactured by Tools4ever
Work extensively with a project management to dimension customer requirements
Document solution delivery and usage procedures
Provide first line support for all implementations conducted directly
Assist Level I technical support personnel with ticket escalation


2+ years of experience in a client facing position
The ability to quickly transition between multiple projects
Working knowledge of user lifecycle management and workflow capabilities
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving skills


BS in Computer Science preferred
3+ years of experience programming C# in Microsoft Visual Studio
3+ years of experience implementing solutions in production environments and troubleshooting end user experiences


Base salary commensurate with experience
